Not many cons, limited chances to move up in the company.

Unpleasant experience during entire employment.

Without going into too many details, I would advise anyone even considering this specific location inside of this organization, to speak with current and/or former employees before applying. If you're looking for a professional company that values and respects its employees, I'd advise to look elsewhere. "Sketchy" business practices as well as negligent management, to down right unpleasant/unsafe working environment. This is subject solely on the experiences I witnessed first hand and of what my coworkers at the time were also experiencing. Applicant beware.
