Every day, I have the opportunity to interface with change agents both inside E Source and within the energy industry. There are very few companies where you have the opportunity to grow relationships with utilities and help transform their operations, strategies, and customer relationships through innovative solutions and insights. Personally, E Source has afforded me the opportunity to have professional growth/pivots through the 10+ years I have been employed. In my position, I interface with senior leadership regularly. I can say with certainty that the senior leadership at E Source leads with integrity and respect for their employees.
