Don't expect anything from them in terms of graduate+ level engineering / management careers though, at any level, in any department. Simply put It's a dead end job. There is no career path or sufficient training given and the illogical insane methods / pure incompetence you'll be exposed to will make you question why you ever became an engineer. It's beyond disheartening. 👎
