Pros
E.Near is a great company to work. The staff is excellent, we consider ourselves as true family. The projects are technologically challenging and the clients rely on enear to manage the products and the persons. There is also a lot of flexibility, the workload is just right, enabling you to have a social life outside work.
Cons
There is no career plan and I never had a single training session in almost two years. The company is growing whilst redefining its own processes, so don't expect process maturity. Things are still very ad-hoc. Also, the main building have air quality issues and its location is not ideal, you don't have any kind of services nearby (bank, restaurants, metro, etc.)
