Pros
You can work whenever you want, once you get the hang of the subject matter you will work fast, type fast, make more money. You can get bonuses and a promotion when you improve.
Cons
Weekly quota you have to make or you could be fired. Not always work available. You have to work at certain times of the day and most people can't do it. The verifiers can be very nitpicky, many of them think they know better than you, most of them don't know how to write in English, will make corrections on your messages that don't improve what you already wrote.
