Pros
Salary is great and the people are friendly except for the management.
Cons
1. Management changes everything at the contract renewal, they change titles and positions , no more salary increments, and also add more restrictive conditions. 2. You are to do far more than the job responsibilities recorded in the contract. 3. No negotiations at all, either you submit to any order or you are terminated.
