Don't be fooled by the HR specialist boasting about being a German company, because the pay they offer is minimum wage. The factory is located in the Aegean Free Zone. Factories located in the Aegean Free Zone are exempt from taxes if they sell 85% of their production abroad. Even so, the money they pay is minimum wage. This is true, even though I only have three years of experience as a packing clerk. If you're a packaging worker willing to lift 20 kilograms in temperatures between -10 and -12 degrees Celsius for minimum wage, this is the place for you. There is no night shift difference for night shifts. It's not a professional company.
