It is impossible for every SLP to adjust to the responsibility of managing their time and energies independently, as required by this position. Every employee is given every opportunity to get as many hours as they want. There is no restriction, as long time employees will confirm. This employee was mentored and mentored again. Unfortunately this employee was not a good fit for the position and is better suited to working in a facility where they clock in and clock out and are not responsible to schedule their day. .
