      Company van Salary on time

      Not respected, more you do the more they want, jobs added at the end of the day. Office staff has no experience of what they are coordinating causing friction. Office staff have zero people skills. Definitely a them and us culture. Favouritism. No standby rate when on call or incentives. No pay rises have been given. Blame culture.
