Work mates are the only thing that make this place bearable oh and time off away from it.

Too many pencil pushers in their offices with bright ideas and no industry experience. Constantly dealing with new inexperienced so called “managements” ideas and being left to suffer the consequences working on the street when they leave, which is usually not long after! Guys doing the work on the street are constantly being worn down with more and more work expected out of them with nothing but bad news and no thanks/reward from the company! no cost of living rise each year(annual increment) , no bonuses, job cuts, poor pay....list goes on! Expect everything from their employees but give nothing back!
