Pros

Great place to start a career - lots of opportunities to learn & expand a skillset with minimal previous experience. People & culture are super strong & benefits are quite nice at the entry level.

Cons

Upward growth is iffy at best - whatever is said in the interview process about a promotion timeline, double it (unless you're the greatest SDR ever). Plus, Dynatrace AE's selling to SMBs is a horribly difficult task, as the product & pricing model fits best at the enterprise level, and territories are incredibly watered down. I left for this reason, and I personally believe the grass is greener outside of the SDR role.

Pros

Decent Product Great Perks Co-Workers

Cons

A lot of what happens to your career is beyond your control. You can be a top performer and still only meet satisfied in remarks. The customer success departments went through some changes earlier this year and it left it splintered. A lot of toxic environments take place in pockets and everyone is cliqued up. I suppose you could say this is like every corporation, but this was junior varsity level office politics. If you made someone upset you could be next. Most of the executive leadership and brings in their buddies who have no idea how the product works and all of the veterans have left by now. It's mostly a game of grab behind and brown nosing.
