If you join here and don't like it, good luck going anywhere else with the skills you've picked up. Such non-compete terms benefits ONLY the employer, and severely diminishes future work opportunities for employees. Even with the recent laying off, these rules still stand, which is outrageous. Do not join unless you are okay with such limitations. CEO has terribly low EQ, and often sends tone-deaf company-wide emails.
