Worst experience ever! - Administrative Assistant Dynasty Financial Group Employee Review

Pros

The only somewhat nice thing about this company is how polite they are when hiring, but it's all false. Once hired, the admin job is not admin at all but cold calling innocent people and reading from a script that is so grammatically incorrect a third grader could write something better.

Cons

Without any training they push you to make calls to try and get people to buy their supplemental insurance or to come in and interview to be in insurance sales. You do not make any money until you sell their product. You also have to have your insurance license, which they dont tell you over the phone you have to pay for yourself. The people who write these reviews are upper management just trying to make the company look good.

It's unfortunate you felt there was little training. We engage ALL new hires in a mandatory sales academy, where they learn everything required to succeed as a lucrative Dynasty agent. Once hired, we continue supporting your success every step of the way with Monday-Friday, 8-5pm access to the office director, face time with the owner and training director. We remain committed to teaching you our 'road map' to success, such as: setting goals, and how to best execute your sales plan.

Pros

I have worked as a sales agent for Dynasty Financial Group for many years. The office is set up very nicely and the staff is always helpful to the agents. I love the incentive trips and the fact that I am in control of my career-income, hours, etc. I control my upward mobility and at the end of the day, my results are because of the effort I put in. The systems in place do work so if someone fails, it is because they did not work or follow the systems.

Cons

If you do not have an ownership/entrepreneur mindset, this is NOT the right career for you. I have seen many people come and go over the years because it was not the right fit for them. If someone wants to clock in/clock out, they do not do well here.
