-Enjoyable work environment with a good balance of competition and support -Always room to get better, work with more candidates and improve personal communication skills -Always something to do, I am never bored at work! -Always changing, there is never a time where I am doing the same thing day in and day out -Get to meet a lot of new, intelligent people
Cons
-My commute is long, but that's my own fault. Dynamics Associates is located right in Midtown Manhattan (easy for many people) -If you don't like talking to people, you're in the wrong business working here
