Poor corporate decision making, no effort towards developing company culture

Interesting work ranging from telescopes to people moving rides. The technical challenge of creating large structures to move people safely was the best thing about working there.

Mismanagement of resources, inadequate funding, working in silos and tossing problems over the fence to other departments was everyday business there. The place needs a big change in culture and it could turn around.
