Pros

I’ve been with Dynamic Quest for seven years as a Platform Engineer, and overall my experience has been very positive. From a personal point of view, I’ve always felt treated as a human being — not just a number. Like any job, there have been ups and downs, but I’ve always felt secure in my position, and any time I’ve had a problem, I’ve had support. Professionally, since the recent board changes, the company has been improving operationally. There’s far less knee-jerk reaction to incidents now — proper processes and workflows are being introduced to handle issues the right way. It’s great to see that growth and maturity happening within the business. Compensation has always felt fair to me, and in the current financial climate I’m grateful for that stability. Supportive environment where you’re treated like a person Job security and fair compensation Operational improvements and stronger leadership

Cons

Like any growing company, some processes are still being refined. I wish there was more PTO.
