Wouldn't recommend working for DDPG - Registered Dental Hygienist Dynamic Dental Partners Group Employee Review

I love that this company is all about the patients. I was very hesitant about working for a corporate office. However, I am so glad I made this choice. My coworkers are amazing and are true team players. The benefits are great and the training we have is amazing!

Reaching bonuses can be difficult

The offices are very nicely done and have a feel of a spa. Some offices offer nice technology and toys for the dentists ( cerec, laser)

They are downsizing and merging quite a few offices and they don't know how to do it. Patients are left in the cold not even being notified that their new office is somewhere else. If you are a new hire they do not try to fill your schedule prior so when you start you are not doing much and because they don't pay a quarantee (read your contracts carefully) you end up owing them money! So it can take a while to you to finally get a bonus. They do promise to pay for remakes if you feel that someone else's work was not up to your standards but guess what? They don't. I wouldn't recommend them. No consideration for long time employees, they fire loyal workers on the spot and make no sense how they manage personnel.
