Pros
The couple hourly employees that work there are smart and hard working despite being abused daily by the owner of the company. It was a pleasure working with them everyday. There are also snacks which is good because you probably won't have time to leave and eat lunch if you forget to bring one. There is also unlimited coffee. $300 per month towards health insurance (not dental or vision).
Cons
HUGE TURN OVER> currently several EDD complaints and legal notices from former employees. No 401K. You only get 4 vacation days per year for the first 5 years. The owner has a poor memory, and he will yell at you daily because of it. When I say "yell" I literally mean YELL. Everyday you worry about your job, and two contractor women are allowed to bully the employees and employees can do nothing about it and not react or get fired. The company has too many problems and working here may not be a wise move unless you are extremely desperate. Also probably best to be a male if you want to work here. That is all I can legally say.
