Glassdoor is a great place for employees to share their feedback on employers, however the statements expressed in this review above are grossly misleading.
At Dynacor, we have a remote/hybrid working environment and an open-door policy, we encourage employees who have issues to bring them forward to their leaders. We do not and have not ever monitored employee screens remotely. Our performance reviews are conducted once at 3 months for new staff, and then yearly. These performance reviews are conducted in an open and honest format. Our headquarters are located in an industrial district, employees are empowered to be responsible to plan their own lunch breaks and build in these breaks in their workday. We’re open to feedback and suggestions for improvements, especially if issues are stemming from people in leadership positions.
