      Staff are great to work with.

      Cons

      Management lacks communication structure. No room for advancement. Low wages compared to Shared Health. Extremely busy and always short staffed. Never receive replacement coverage for holidays and sick calls.

      Positively no pros at all. Very greedy company.

      Cons

      They constantly insist on overtime CEO is full of it Staff can be lazy and rest of us are expected to pick up their slack Unfair working conditions
