a lot of promises but never follow through...partners are trying to do too many things, way outside of their expertise/knowledge...hired a lot of well-connected people/friends and family who are low in quality...hired many people without planning or strategy...you see a new face in the office every day...company's strategic directions are not clearly communicated to employees, causing misunderstand and confusion; back office is treated very poorly
