1. Very bad culture. Conflict of interest. Toxic environment. 2. HR team sucks, literally doesn’t even care or bother. Non existent HR. Only entertain and talk nicely to the higher management. Doesn’t even care about the operators wellbeing. Even worst, doesn’t even know their name. 3. Filled the days with endless meetings. At the end of the day doesn’t come out with any solution. 4. No progress. Very difficult for the lower rank employee to move up or get promoted. Need evidence or prove to show the management that you deserve a promotion. 5. Low pay. Very little increment every year. No matter how long you work, the increment is the same amount. 6. One department cover other department job. Accepting to do their work and adding workload to the department. Doing something out of job-scope. 7. The whole management is rubbish. Very hard to communicate. Having the negative aura in the company. Doesn’t appreciate the hard work. 8. High rate of termination.
