Pros
Friendly environment, and there are a lot of talented people involved with the day to day operations of the company.
Cons
The only way to get in is either through a recruiting agency or if there is a previous relationship with someone in upper management. There is a lack of communication between the departments and that results in a lot of problems with the entire process of getting the product out to customers.
