Bankrupt Start up with Pathetic set up in an Isolated Shattered building. Owner Sanjiv Sharma has mastery in fooling and played with my career. After receiving offer letter as VP Sales , I resigned from my company. Went DYFO Labs office at Noida , at first glance the location seems like some anti social are located in shanty place , a deserted factory building. Sanjiv sharma told this is for time being location so agreed his words. A mismanaged company with no fund even to pay tour money. Company not paid salary from January. Even in hard times of Lockdown they have no humanity to pay me salary and expense incurred while working before lockdown. Very openly Sanjiv Sharma told that Dyfo is working to get fund from bank. Later they told that they have applied for OD Loan from Yes Bank and after lot of follow ups they said Yes bank operation is on Hold from RBI hence cannot pay till bank starts operational again. When Yes bank was cleared from RBI they said they have no money as they have invested in product development. They told they will pay in part. As Dyfo was without fund they mailed me to cancel my job offer till company gets into action again. This action of fraud company like Dyfo has put my career on dead end as its national lockdown where to get another job is not easy task. I never stopped communicating with Sanjiv Sharma regarding my amount then he came with new fraud idea and told his Bank is in Red zone and hence he cannot access the branch. I told to do him NEFT or send Cheque but he said neither he has cheque book nor can do NEFT. I kept contact with my local source in Noida sector 18 where the said branch exists , I called Sanjiv as branch is open please pay now , then again this fraudster told he doesn't have money in account.
