Pros

Authentic culture built on positivity and accountability. Dyer doesn’t just post values on the wall, they live them. Every decision, from hiring to leadership development, starts with “people first.” Leadership that listens. Management is accessible, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in helping every team member grow both personally and professionally. Growth mindset everywhere. Whether you’re in sales, service, or leadership, the company equips you with tools to grow, from Culture Index coaching to Dyer University and industry training programs. High standards, high trust. Dyer gives you ownership and expects results. If you thrive in an environment that celebrates hard work, positivity, and continuous improvement, you’ll fit right in. Family feel with professional polish. You’re surrounded by passionate, kind, and driven people who care deeply about customers and each other.

Cons

High expectations. Dyer is not for everyone. The pace is fast, the standards are high, and accountability is real. But that’s also what makes it rewarding. Growth can be uncomfortable. Leaders are challenged to stretch, adapt, and constantly improve, which can be tough if you’re not open to coaching or feedback. Structure is evolving. As the group grows, some processes are still catching up, but leadership is aware and continuously refining systems to support scalability without losing culture.
