Pros

It's the worst place and pathetic manager to work. They mention they provide lot of facilities. Lot of micro management. No documents are maintained. Its a HELL for new employees. Don't consider for SAP jobs. They make you work for multiple clients without basic docs.

Cons

Worst Place to work with Worst Team and management

We regret to hear about your experience whilst working with our organisation. It seems there have been multiple factors affecting this judgement though some factors as micromanagement versus a lack of documentation seem to be contradictory. Commensurate training and introduction always lead to a form being managed closer. Documentation for client projects is one of the essential tasks of any consultant. We thank you for your contribution while working with us but from your statement, our company seems to have been not the right fit for you, interpreting your wording that neither the work itself nor the team or manager were matching your expectations. We wish you all the best for your future career !

We appreciate that you took the time to write a review. We are neither an international company, as we focus on Australia and we do not have a single CEO. We take pride in our diverse and integrated team, hence your comments seem misplaced or maybe even not intended for us?

Pros

Free snacks and fruits. Introduction to SAP application. Robert and Will are the nicest persons.

Cons

Fear to connect to employee who was in same position as MD said not to. Zero flexibility: All tiniest and simplest process change must be discussed to MD even to add description or to simple follow-up project info from employee(s). Not allowed to connect to 3rd party to request PO or follow up outstanding A/R. Third (3rd) wheel (or divide and conquer) is a common practice. Often not getting updates on important information by colleague including sensitive deadline of report delivery. High and abrupt turnover. Long 6 months probations (beware!). Blank- not even 1 page of written guidelines / manuals / policies - all delivered orally and unplanned / whenever agenda. Colleague who taught newcomer through "unplanned whenever feels like it" show and practice can exert power and superiority due to no written manuals (said: "I showed (I told) you before" in front of others or else, quizzes instead of giving straight answer). In many sudden meetings, you don't get informed the topic ahead. No reporting or reconciliation responsibilities as advertised. Overly control access to every single files and aspects. Sleepless nights since starting with the company.

We appreciate the comments about Dyflex, though there is a lack of clarity resulting from the level of communication. Communication, engagement, and professionalism are important skills for a senior role as the Accountant role in our company. The contradiction in the comments, demand for detailed documentation versus locus of control speaks for itself and the incumbent. We have to dispute untrue comments about high turnover as well as too long probation. We hope it is obvious to the reader that these comments are from a staff member leaving us during probation.
