The top management has excellent vision, Middle management is worst, no clarity in the job description, when a question raised to the manager you will be targeted, lot of favorisom, if you are liked by a Manager no matter how bad your performance but you will be appreciated, promoted, compensated well. Hard work is not recognized. There is no proper reporting structure. it is a confusing setup to work in. a lot of internal politics, overall it's been short but a very depressing place to work in. People get yelled at on the floor in front of everyone, Makes me wonder are we still under British rule ?
