Community is a primary part of Dutch bros, which sets you up to have something like "built in" friends when getting hired, you wouldnt get hired unless you fit in with at least a few people working
Cons
the same community that is there to support you can turn into your worst enemies. Favoritism is so extreme all the way up the chain that you get screwed if you aren't managements' (all the way up to the operator of the stand) favorite
