1. DusMinute ,Being a new entrant ,the company has carved out a niche for itself in a short span of time which has gained to my admiration and respect. We are the only company to make available integrated Retail, Services and Hospitality below the Finger tips or just a click away attitude. 2. I have also come to admire its young work force and leadership. I strongly believe that my academic and previous work in handling clientele from different walks of life has bought me such varied experiences, which I believe was of great value at Dus Minute. The learning for me has always been a continuous journey, Every phone call from a client/vendor is an impression on my mind and an experience to count. 3. Flexible work place and time, thanks to my manager who believes in this.
Cons
Being a startup, its employees have to often take on roles sometimes not defined in their scope of work. So end up taking too many things on your plate to drive it towards success and loose a balance of work and life. The 6 days work culture is overwhelming when you look back at your personal life and personal goals to achieve.
