A company should abide by some basis labour laws and the wellness of their current and past employees, which is a lagging part in Durus. They also have a some senior employees who has zero knowledge on what recruitment is about and basic excels. The company’s CEO is very poor in getting to know their employees interpersonal skills and the current trend ( worst things) happening in the company.
