Pros

It’s a job and you’re paid on time.

Cons

Management Micromanaging staff for everything you do down to how long you go to the toilet for. Every task is timed with targets for everything. Managers have never done any of the jobs so have no idea about delays or problems just how many you’ve done in a day. Managers are only concerned about how they look good and how they can progress. Training nonexistent for staff while managers allowed to go on training for full days, but staff told they can’t have flexi time due to short staffing. Advertising jobs as having flexi time and able to buy holidays, but unable to do either in reality. Can apply to homework but you’ll never be able to do it as it’s only hybrid working. Zero promotion opportunities unless your face fits. Beware of location of posts as now there’s pay to park in certain offices for staff which will probably move to all sites in future. Employ staff with no previous experience. High turnover of staff is not surprising.

Good package, pension, sick pay, retail discounts etc. very rewarding job.

Cons

Constantly under staffed, shocking decisions made by upper management regarding placements etc.
