Pros
Very people orientated, keen on progressing their employees, a good atmosphere and culture within the whole business, very easy to quickly feel like part of the team, people are proud to work here.
Cons
Despite being so people orientated the annual leave allowance is shockingly low, definitely something I would be swayed by if looking for a similar job in a different company. it just doesn't fit in with their 'people' culture.
