Pros
Duncan is a great company to work for. The management team listens to the employees. They were more than accommodating during Covid, allowing us to work from home for over a year with a core team providing support in the office. In 2020, many existing employees were promoted within to take growth roles within the company. Benefits and compensation are great. They have a free medical plan. The culture is also very good, there are a lot of social events, outside of 2020 where it wasn't possible.
Cons
This is not necessarily a con, but streamlining procedures and systems seems to be a challenge, but management is aware and is constantly working on improvements.
