They’re so small that no one knows what they’re doing

I injured my shoulder and they literally fired me a week after said that they couldn’t wait. The whole company is awful. No one knows what they’re doing. Everyone in management position has no management experience. Their turnover rate is so high because they don’t treat their employees well.
