Pros

When you leave for the day at DUFFY, you leave feeling productive. I LOVED my position at DUFFY. I loved the women who were in upper management. They are tough. Really tough but there's so much growth. If it weren't for Rhonda and the other lovely ladies, I would've never heen able to perform as highly as I do in my new position. I cannot thank these incredible ladies enough. Also, for the prospective clients, you will save more than you can imagine. I no longer work here and still advertise to anyone I know who wants to sell....I've seen it first hand...you truly SAVE!

Cons

The only con I can think of would be the amount of competition within team members. When I first began, I had an awesome team and we all worked together to make sure everyone was doing their best. Unfortunately, towards the end, I had new team members who made it a cutthroat environment. But, that can happen anywhere! Other than that, I am super grateful for the aesome experience!

Pros

DUFFY Realty has been an amazing company to work for and has allowed me to grow in real estate in ways I could have never accomplished with another company. I have been with DUFFY on and off since 2005 and have taken part in each position offered at some point or another. We are a close tribe and take pride in offering cross training so that each person working for our team knows how to do one another's job in the event that someone is out. We have detailed SOP's, training quizzes, videos, manuals etc., and work together to collaborate weekly in team meetings. If you are looking to be a part of something BIG and gather the expertise only accumulated by volume AND with a tribe to support you, look no further!

Cons

I would say the only downside is that when we do have to hire someone new that we all have extremely high standards, and we will expect nothing less than 100% from them. This is because we have to be able to trust that someone working on our behalf is putting our client first. Buying and selling a home can be the biggest purchase of someone's life and that is a huge responsibility. We are transparent and willing to train anyone with the desire to learn, but they have to also be committed to the same level.
