Pros

Good company if you want to work from home and make a little extra cash. This is a great job for a stay-at-home mom trying to get back into business. Fun company meeting in Arizona.

Cons

If you are trying to live off their salary forget it. If you are trying to move up quickly into leadership, forget it. Someone on here said "cult-like" and I'd have to agree. No one was particularly vicious, but go against the grain and you will feel it. The only way to garner attention from the CEO is beauty and brown-nosing. CEO has very old-school views on how to dress/present yourself. DEIJ is discussed, but I never felt it was truly practiced, especially the "inclusion" piece. The diversity felt forced for show. Practice Leaders make all the actual cash while the recruiters do the hard work. Some Practice Leaders are clearly better than others, be careful of who you trust here. A few women love to gossip - it can be avoided but it's just so tacky.
