Fun work environment. Friendly enough SALES REPRESENTATIVES to work alongside.
Cons
-Very poor management. -Never once did I feel I was a valued member of the Sales team. I was always criticized and put in a depressing state of mind not because of anything going on outside of work but ultimately how i was treated by the management team at Dueck Downtown. -Traffic is extremely slow as they try to catch customers with the least amount of car buying knowledge without doing prior research to going in to purchase their next vehicle. -Management never wanted us to display transparency to the customer that we're working for a business, not to make customers completely satisfied our number 1 priority. -Little disappointed i was let go of the company just on the sole factor I was promised a career out of this position and we would plan long term vs the short term. I was hardly ever supported in working any deals with any of my customers. -Anyone looking to start sales, get in and get your VSA, and get out of there as soon as you can.
