Pros
Working there for nearly 3 years I've found myself enjoying my fellow coworkers. They are always willing to help and share their knowledge as long as you ask. The supervisors are always on top of things. • Decent Benefits • Good Coworkers
Cons
Unfortunately, many issues in Ducommun (at least the Tulsa branch) are deeply rooted. The upper management is awful and often the supervisors and engineers have to argue with the upper team as to what we need and what they need to spend to make the proper changes, which they often don't do. They have made many poor choices that make working there harder and ultimately makes the company less money, forcing more corners to be cut for the sake of short-term profit. A lot of the time we don't have what we need when we need it and often are forced to wait on getting tools and parts. • Terrible Communication • Lower than Expected Pay • Poor Upper Management • Lacking Management • Difficulty Getting Proper Tools
