      Management lacks vision for growth. More interested in short term growth instead of long term. Employee benefits are often overlooked. Terribly under staffed. Perks and compensations need to be improved.

      Pros

      Good leadership as a contract worker, ability to attend annual planning seminars and learn the future of defense logistic goals. Good temporary job with an opportunities for real job satisfaction. Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      As with most contract jobs this one was ending soon. Short (1 Yr) duration with option year contracts are stressful to family life.
