Pros
Good company to have on your resume
Cons
The company used to give annual increments of around 10–15% every February, but this year there has been no increment and no communication from management about whether it has been delayed or cancelled. Management often makes big promises, but there is very little follow-through. Employees are usually left guessing because communication is poor. Favoritism has become a serious issue, and the overall work environment has become increasingly toxic over time. This used to be one of my favorite places to work, but unfortunately the culture and employee experience have been getting worse year after year. Employee engagement is almost non-existent now. There are no tours, events, or activities that help employees relax and connect with each other. At times, it feels more like a routine grind than a workplace that values its people. During the fuel price hikes, many employees requested some form of support or relief, but those concerns were ignored. Management needs to focus more on employee well-being, transparency, and creating a healthier work culture. At this point, everyone is looking to switch job.
