      Other franchise partners are wonderful, products smell good

      Cons

      When you are starting you are really on your own and they are not upfront about all of the costs. If you are not in a major city with incredible rent, you will struggle.

      Pros

      Good experience to be in the beauty industry if you don't do hair, Good way to network with the community as well

      Cons

      A little disorganized at time, I think the corporate policies were also a little too script sometimes whnen it came to the way clients had to be charged
