Pros

-Tips can be good, especially around the holidays. -I work with some truly amazing and supportive people who make the job enjoyable.

Cons

-Ever since Ali Webb sold the company, the quality of management and operations has gone downhill. -Despite being hired as a full-time stylist for 40 hours a week, hours have been severely cut, and I’m now lucky to get 30 hours. -There’s no front desk staff, so we’re expected to check clients in and out, sell products, and still perform our styling duties. -The franchise owner has not provided adequate product stock or back bar items, leaving us unable to meet sales goals or client expectations. -Unfortunately, they are so cheap they avoid paying overtime, and what’s worse, they force us to take lunch breaks even when we work less than 5–6 hours a day, which feels like an illegal way to save on labor costs. -The company doesn’t offer health insurance, which is especially disappointing for a role with inconsistent hours.

Pros

Good experience to be in the beauty industry if you don't do hair, Good way to network with the community as well

Cons

A little disorganized at time, I think the corporate policies were also a little too script sometimes whnen it came to the way clients had to be charged
