      Kids are amazing! Good training, clean (Because teachers do A LOT of cleaning), nice staff, good parking and public transport options, central location, 1hr breaks, benefits package, paid time off, paid on time

      Cons

      Mandatory after hours meetings, excessive paperwork, unreasonable deadlines, micro-management, management looking for problems and looking down on staff, excessive rules & regulations (too many to remember or follow), micro-management, no leniency with anything, cleaning crew does not clean well so teachers are expected to pick up the slack, understaffed, condescending management, lack of managerial accountability, wasteful

      Pros

      DHCDC is a fun working environment with many events that allow for team bonding and well as bonding with families and children throughout the center. Management is easy to work with and they are understanding and want the best for the center as a whole. DHCDC provides a lot of in-house trainings and ways to improve your education and work experience.

      Working at DHCDC has been a positive experience

      Great kids, supportive families, PTO, health and dental insurance

      Cons

      Limited advancement, Discriminatory management, too many responsibilities for teachers, no balance between lead and assistant teacher workload
