- At times, leadership can succumb to micromanagement which comes from a place of care, but in the long run, is costly to the company as leadership has less time to focus on core responsibilities while reducing teams' effectiveness by eroding their decision making mandate. This feedback is recognized by the leadership, and I've seen good progress since this was first raised.
