none - there is nothing to be gained by working in this toxic cess pool of base human behaviour that culminates in particularly insidious forms of workplace toxicity. Insecurity-driven elimination of employees who threaten to 'outshine' their so-called superiors. Absolutely no HR department, instead a stupid and vile Legal Counsel who fires people when told to, and will not entertain any form of discussion, then laughs about it when people are fired, leading to a fear driven workplace. Team members who are constantly undermining each other and backstabbing members within their own team and slowing down other teams.

Junior 'leaders' who have no idea how to architect software, who lie to upper management about big issues such as expenditure for hardware, all the while seeking to carve out a pathetic niche for themselves within a company that has no effective command structure.
