Everyone gets to do good work and the culture is goal driven. So as long as the work is delivered there is full flexibility. It's a bootstrapped company so the team does what they believe is best for the company.
Cons
Very aggressive/competitive company. So it's a relentless machine. Tiring at times. The company is very secretive about technology/strategy/data to outside. That can make some things difficult.
The idea is pretty cool which potentially can help a lot of patients and healthcare providers in the US.
Cons
Execution is very poor. Droice was a started by couple of graduate students from Columbia University. The CEO/Co-founder is currently a PhD student in Biomedical engineering and CAiO is a PhD student in the CS department. The developer team includes mostly students as well. All work at Droice as a side project. We rarely saw each other. We mostly updated each other on our work using slack, hangout and email.
