Pros

Great atmosphere at work / Very brilliant colleagues / The team is extremely diversified / Lots of interactions with the local offices / the Office Management team is very nice and makes a lot of effort to make everyone feel comfortable and happy at work / remote whenever you feel like it / opportunities to learn a lot

Cons

Hard (impossible) to move up internally / very important turnover and no visible reaction from the management / some internal communication issues / lot of strategic changes but not uncommon in a startup / almost no startup advantages: no gym subvention, no Comite d'entreprise, no RTT / low salary compared to similar startups / no generalised equity plan

Pros

Drivy is an awesome place to work. Super bright, inspiring, passionate teams who really care about providing the best service and product. Deeply customer-centric and product-centric. It is incredible to see how fast things are changing and evolving. Working at Drivy takes you out of your comfort zone. You will keep questioning and improving yourself, but always in a positive work atmosphere. You are given responsibilities from day 1 (no micro-management). You can bring up your own ideas and execute them. "Bonus" : free food, great offices in central Paris and a large terrace with BBQ during summer ;)

Cons

If you don’t trust yourself, no one will take you by the hand. But it’s part of the startup game ;)

Pros

Passionate, brilliant and dedicated colleagues, remote friendly, flexible hours, great atmosphere, no rush to ship projects but shoot for very good product, diversified team, international team, office in central Paris, offices in multiple European countries, very transparent culture. No politics, you can make mistakes there, no finger pointing but post mortems, recognition, a lot of challenge. You are given responsibilities from day 1 and can submit your ideas easily to any team, you'll always have a thoughtful reply. Amazing offices, free food and activities organised by awesome office managers.

Cons

If you don't feel autonomous and don't like to be challenged this probably not for you.
