If you enjoy working a lot of hours, being micromanage for simple on the job performances, being lied to by management, working more hours then management only to have your work ethic in question, being told how to dress or how to even speak, having a freakin bachelor's degree and treated like selling cars is some skill comparable to quantum physics then this place is for you. I've managed for many years prior to college or Drivetime so I have an idea on how things should operate.. These managers have not a clue on motivating, training, respecting or any basic concept of finances. All these 5 star reviews are from HR doing damage control. Anyone thinking this company is a good place to work needs a psychiatrist and a professional case worker.
