I am working for this company for more than a year now. It's a wonderful family business. The office environment is very friendly. All colleagues are very helpful, co-operative and always willing to do an extra mile to achieve realistic targets. The owners of the company work hard along the staff and lead by example. I am a muslim and my religious beleifs are always respected in this company. My hard work is always well appreciated and recognised. I am an accountant and is working for make than 12 years but never come across with such a company which is more focused on delivering quality services to its customers rather just profit making. I have learned a lot not only on professional but on personal level in the last one year. Professionalism is the trade mark of this company.
Cons
Any pros or cons travel from top to bottom. The executive management in this company is so professional, highly motivated and committed that sometimes it's really difficult to keep pace with them and live up to their expectations.
