You really get to see the opportunity that they rave about in your interview come to fruition. I have witnessed leadership promotions in my short time here, already! The company culture is also really great. You really get to know the people who work with you and friendly challenges are a big part of this business.

It is a lot of hard work! There isn't a lot of slacking off here, so if you're looking to work somewhere that you can just sit and play on your phone, look elsewhere.

Although I did not stay long with the company, I was really impressed by their hiring process. Everyone who I interviewed with were very professional and had a complete understanding of the company, its vision, and how its employees fit into that vision. I understood from the beginning that this company desired to train and educate its employees in order to hire internally for future positions, a tactic that isn’t seen nowadays. I really enjoyed my short time with the company and with the people I met, and I recommend that everyone interested in this field should apply here!
